Taunton Apprenticeship Evening 2027 — hosted at Queen's College

Shaping the future starts locally. As a multi-channel marketing apprentice balancing my studies at Bridgwater & Taunton College and working hands-on at Queen's College, Taunton, I've seen first-hand how transformative the apprenticeship pathway can be — it bridges education and employment, letting us earn while we learn at the highest level. That's why I'm founding and hosting the first ever Taunton Apprenticeship Evening in 2027.

The event: Tuesday 9th March 2027

The landmark evening is hosted by Queen's College, Taunton on our finalised date of Tuesday 9th March 2027. I'm delighted to announce that University Centre Somerset (UCS) will attend to discuss apprenticeships and showcase their higher and degree apprenticeship pathways — a huge win for Somerset school leavers weighing university-level routes.

The event is designed for students in years 10–12 exploring next steps, parents looking for insights, and current apprentices wanting to expand their circle across the South West.

A live apprentice panel sharing real-world experiences and application tips
Insights from regional training providers and employers, including University Centre Somerset (UCS) and Bridgwater & Taunton College
